Taiwan’s jobless rate fell to its lowest level since 2001, bolstered by surging domestic tourism as holidaymakers shun overseas travel. 
February’s unemployment rate declined to 3.67%, according to seasonally adjusted data from the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Thursday. That’s the lowest figure since January 2001.
